CLEANING PREPARATION: Our rates include ALL EXPOSED carpet, and all the EXTRAS
listed above. You may expose as much carpet as you wish by moving furniture off the
carpet areas before we arrive. We will clean around any furniture left in place. Please
vacuum (if possible) before we arrive.
Furniture Moving: If you need us to move some furniture please let us know when you call
and we will be happy to provide you with a rate for basic furniture moving .We do not move
heavy or fragile items.
